The 2012 BC Eastern Pond Hockey Championships are officially underway on Lake Windermere.

27 teams from across the region have gathered in Invermere this weekend for the three-day tournament, running February 3-5. Be sure to stop by Kinsmen Beach and cheer on your favourite team in what should be a great weekend for hockey. Check back next week for more pictures and a tournament wrap-up.
