Junior skiers and veterans alike gathered in Fairmont March 24, 2012 to hit the slopes and enjoy the sunshine.

Fairmont Hot Springs Resort held its third annual Spring Shakedown ski and snowboarding event with roughly 40 participants both young and old. Competitors competed in three different categories, 12 and under, 13-17, and 18 plus, for a variety of different prizes donated from local businesses as well as some larger companies.
