Pothole Park was buzzing July 23, as parents and kids came out for a children’s carnival held in memory of local toddler Tobias McLaughlin.

The volunteer-run event featured games and activities — including a dunk tank, dress up station and fishing games — vendors and fair foods.

July 27 stand-alone
