Three year old home safely this morning

Three-year-old Kienan Hebert has been found and safely returned to his home around 3 a.m.

Cpl. Dan Moskaluk made the announcement via his twitter account. “OMG I can confirm that Kienan Hebert was returned by suspect @ around 3 a.m.”

Kienan’s father found Kienan sitting on a couch in the Hebert family home after police received a 911 phone call indicating the toddler would be dropped off there.

Paul Hebert and his family have been living in a neighbour’s house across the street from their home since Kienan’s disappearance.

Paul entered the home with police and discovered his son, awake and sitting on the family couch with his blanket. Police have taped off the Hebert family home because it is now considered a crime scene.

Kienan is in good health and in good spirits. Cpl Dan Moskaluk said Kienan is resilient as most three year old kids are. Kienan is in hospital this morning for general checkups.

Police and 60 investigators are searching for Randall Hopley, whose whereabouts are still unknown and have police checkpoints set up across the town.

Police are pleading with Randall Hopley to please get in contact with police.

“It doesn’t have to be in person, I am not asking you to walk into a police station, just phone so we can talk” says Moskaluk.
