Witnesses describe the scene in Ottawa on Wednesday morning, when a man reportedly masked in a blue and white scarf fired several shots inside and outside Canada’s government buildings and killed an honour guard – since identified as Cpl. Nathan Cirillo – at the country’s National War Memorial.
